		<description>You hit the nail on the head.  People do not go to the Local Paper&#039;s websites for national and world news.  Doesn&#039;t mean they should ignore it all together, just make sure there is a distinction between world/nation and local.  Let me see the local stuff first by knowing where it&#039;s going to be consistently on the page and with clear navigation.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Also, the Newspaper&#039;s online presence is not perezhilton or tmz, nor should it be.  If they want to be in that business, put it on a different domain and market it.  Grow it, ad-ify it and sell it.  They have the resources, and the startup cost is minimal (when done right).</description>
