People do not go to the Local Paper's websites for national and world news. Doesn't mean they should ignore it all together, just make sure there is a distinction between world/nation and local. Let me see the local stuff first by knowing where it's going to be consistently on the page and with clear navigation.<br><br>Also, the Newspaper's online presence is not perezhilton or tmz, nor should it be. If they want to be in that business, put it on a different domain and market it. Grow it, ad-ify it and sell it. They have the resources, and the startup cost is minimal (when done right).
