@Robert Ivan - Scoble&#039;s actually a smart cookie. He sees several steps into the tech/people future, and tries to bring those nuggets back. He shoots tons of video with Silicon Valley&#039;s innovators, giving you inside-the-head views of the people creating the next web/next tech. Definitely someone to follow, though he might not come off as academic to you.

		<description>As a fan of Robert Scoble, here&#039;s what I like: he&#039;s always experimenting and pushing the boundaries. That makes him great to follow. And because he has so many following along, the conversations around what he does are equally valuable. People like Seth Godin push the boundaries by the concepts they espouse. Robert does it by his actions and informal comments. </description>
